Hi,

I've a problem with making work fine the Moderator view. I only see the view in comments from the main menu articles. I don´t get the moderator view in the product comments, new articles and main page.

I´m using the following packages you send me before yesterday:
Content - KA Facebook Social Comments (plg_kafacebookcomments_v3.0_131112_1635)
Plugin System - KA JavaScript SDK (plg_javascriptsdk_v4.0_051112_2047).
The Module for comments (mod_kafacebooksocialcomments_v3.0_131112_1635) .

I have Joomla 3.1.1 and I´m using Hikashop (Hikashop comments and social buttons switched off).
Web-Domain is www.example.com

I set the Application ID and the Facebook Admin iDs, but the moderator links don't appear in every comment box.

1. Could you tell me how to make it work please?

2. I want to use the the social comments module with meta mod because I don´t understand about how to put in the ID´s correct to show/hide comments. Will it work with metamod?

3. How can I make appear the logo image in posted facebook comments instead of article image? In OPEN GRAPH TAGS I choosed custom image and image link but nothing changes.

Thank you.

hi,

can you show me a page where you can not see moderator view?

it seems JavaScriptSDK plugin might not be adding code on those pages. image are also selected via meta graph tags that are added by JavaScriptSDK plugin.

Hi,

1. Problem solved by shorten the url in hikashop settings.

2. Solved. Its works with MetaMod.

3. Solved. Modified Index.php by adding imagelink

Just one question more please. How can I make appear user comments from my website in the facebook fanpage? Thank you.

Hi,

Glad things are sorted for you and thanks for sharing the solutions.

Regarding your question for posting comments in fanpage. It is not possible as Facebook does not allow that. These comments appear on users pages who post these comments.
